Sub: Forwarding of willingness for deputation to other organizations/agencies.

Kindly refer to association letter dated 02.11.2010.

The association had vide above referred letter requested your good self to kindly circulate the circular calling willingness for deputations to Custom Commissionerate, Kandla and forward the willingness submitted by the officers to Additional Commissioner (P&V), Central Excise & Customs, Vadodara. It has been brought to the notice of the association that the circular calling willingness for deputations to Custom Commissionerate, Kandla is not being circulated in Customs (Prev), Commissionerate Jamnagar. In the interest of justice and equality, it would be fair that the officers desirous for submitting willingness for deputation postings and work with Custom Commissionerate, Kandla and other organizations/ agencies may not be deprived from such prerogative. On other hand the officers of all the other Commissionerate are getting such opportunity.

In view of the above, you are once again requested to ensure that the circulars calling for willingness for deputation to Custom Commissionerate, Kandla may be circulated among all officers and the willingness submitted by the officers are forwarded to the concerned organizations/ agencies in time.
