Combined Annual General Meeting for Inspectors and Superintendents is organised on date 08.09.2012 at 10:00 AM, at Room No. 401. Central Excise Bhavan, Rajkot. All members are requested to participate in the meeting. A lunch is also arranged for the members. All members are requested to give their concern for participation to the undersigned for making arrangements convenient.

- AGENDA FOR THE MEETING -

1. To pass the past accounts.

2. All officers may be requested to become the member of the
3. Association and pay their dues on regular basis.

4. To apprise the members about the latest position of restructuring and stagnation issue.

5. To draft the detailed transfer  policy for Customs  and Central Excise for Rajkot Sector.

6. To conduct the Election

7. Any other point permitted by the Chair person.
